Flagship Service

One system.
Every season.

Permanent outdoor lighting is built into your roofline once and then it is simply there — a warm white wash on an ordinary Tuesday, red and green in December, your team’s colors on game day. No ladders, no storage bins, nothing to take down.

Why Permanent

The part people don’t expect

Most homeowners look into permanent lighting for the holidays. What they end up using it for is the other eleven months.

A system, not a seasonal decoration

Because the fixtures are mounted permanently, the effort is front-loaded into a single installation. After that, changing your home’s look is a few taps — the same reason a light switch beats carrying a lamp from room to room.

  • No annual install and teardown, and nothing to store
  • No getting on a ladder in December weather
  • One consistent, level line instead of hand-hung strands
  • Usable any night of the year, not just in season

Everyday

Architectural light on an ordinary night

Left on warm white, the system stops reading as holiday lighting altogether. It picks out the lines your house already has — the roofline, the gables, the columns — the way uplighting does for a building downtown. Dial the brightness to taste.

This is the setting most homeowners land on for everyday use, with color saved for the nights that call for it.

Holidays, Events, Game Day

Change the night, not the hardware

The same fixtures cover every occasion. Choose a theme, or build your own from the colors you want.

  • Christmas

Red and green along the roofline from the first week of December, set once and left alone.

  • Halloween

Orange and purple that make the front of the house part of the display instead of a backdrop.

  • July 4th

Red, white, and blue for the long weekend, then back to warm white on Monday.

  • Game day

Set your colors and let the house say who you are pulling for before anyone reaches the door.

  • Parties and milestones

Birthdays, graduations, a new baby home from the hospital. Small gesture, hard to miss.

  • Every other night

Warm white, dimmed to sit quietly under the roofline. The setting that gets the most use by far.

By Day

Designed to go unnoticed at noon

The track is color-matched to your home, so in daylight the intent is a clean line that reads as part of the house rather than as equipment attached to it.

The photograph here is the same home as the visualizer above, shot at midday with the lights off. What you are looking for is what you cannot see.

How Installation Works

What to expect

A straightforward process, and you only have to be involved at the start and the end of it.

  1. Talk it through

Send a few photos of the front of your home and tell us what you are picturing. We will come back with an estimate.

  2. Walk the roofline

We look at the house in person to confirm the run, where the channel lands, and which sections are worth lighting.

  3. Installation day

The channel goes up under the roofline, the run is wired back to the controller, and everything is cleaned up behind us.

  4. Set it up with you

We turn it on together, walk through the controls, and get your everyday setting and a schedule saved before we leave.

Questions

Before you ask

The things people actually ask before booking. If yours is not here, send it over with your quote request.

Do the lights stay up all year?

Yes — that is what makes it permanent lighting. The fixtures are installed once and stay mounted. What changes is whether they are on, and what color they are set to.

Will it look like Christmas lights in July?

Only if you set it that way. On warm white and dimmed, the system reads as architectural lighting. Most homeowners keep it there and bring color out for specific occasions.

Do I control it myself?

Yes. Colors, brightness, patterns, and schedules are yours to change whenever you like — down to the individual bulb — and we get your everyday setting saved with you before we finish up.

How many colors and patterns are there?

Approximately 1,000 colors and around 100 patterns, and you can build custom scenes of your own on top of them.

Can I dim the lights or schedule them?

Both. The system is dimmable, and scheduling is built in, so the lights come on and shut off on their own once you have set them.

What warranty is included?

A 5-year bumper-to-bumper warranty on the system, and a lifetime warranty on the bulb.

Is financing available?

Yes — in-house financing is available. Ask about it when you request your quote and we will walk you through it.

How soon can it be installed?

Current installation availability is approximately two weeks out. Request a quote and we will confirm scheduling for your home specifically.

Will the track blend in with my home?

That is the intent. The track is color-matched to your home so that in daylight it reads as a clean line under the roofline rather than as hardware.

What does it cost?

It depends on how much roofline you want lit and how the house is laid out, so there is no useful single number to quote. Send photos and we will price your home specifically. Quotes are free.

Will it work on my house?

Usually, but the roofline is what decides it. Send a couple of photos of the front of the house and we will tell you honestly what will and will not work before anyone commits to anything.

What if something stops working later?

Get in touch and we will make it right — the system carries a 5-year bumper-to-bumper warranty and a lifetime warranty on the bulb. We would rather hear about it than have you living with a dark section.
